Long lost friend that met in Wheeling WV and moved to West Palm Beach, FL – Madison

Lost my best friend who spent over a year getting to know.  We met in Wheeling WV around 1973-74 and then lived in West Palm Beach for about a year in 1974-75.  He was 16 years old at the time and a run away from a foster home and went by the name Jeff Connor.  He moved back to Wisconsin and the last time I heard from him he was getting married.  I have two photographs from that period and would like to get in touch again.
